Resources I absolutely recommend:
1. klartale.no is a news-site written in simple Norwegian. Now for a few Norwegian sentences (all these statements are true except for one: it's your job to guess in the comments!):
2. klartale.no also has a podcast, though I'm not personally at that level yet.
3. I found a great website for learning Norwegian, with recordings of (scripted) conversations as well as grammar tips.
1. My parents' car is broken: Foreldrene mines bil er brutt. I'm unsure about the "foreldrene mines bil" part :/ Brutt is the past participle of å bryte and foreldrene is the definite plural of forelder.
2. I don't use the car very often: I prefer using my bike: Jeg bruker ikke bilen veldig ofte: jeg foretrekker å bruke sykkelen min.
3. We don't know why the car broke: Vi vet ikke hvorfor bilen brøt. Vet is the present form of å vite; brøt is the perfect form of å bryte.
